Overview
This template release is a legislative release containing the content from new models. This template also includes improvements, and some fixes based on customer feedback.

Zestawienie zmian w kapitale (funduszu) własnym - additional sublines within report table
The SOCIE table has been updated to include additional rows for 'Zwiększenia/Zmniejszenia' (Increases/Decreases), allowing this information to be seamlessly incorporated into the statement when applicable.
The update includes the addition of new rows to both the financial data grid and the report table, with appropriate mapping applied. Additionally, the XML report has been updated to include corresponding tags for the new rows. Tags have been systematically applied to both the 'Values' and 'Description' columns to ensure consistency and clarity.

As per the new content received changes have been made to 'Strona Tytułowa' of Financial Report. Changes included within this release were as follows:

Legislative updates for years ended 30 June 2025
Update related to Discontinued Operations Note
Following the content update for the Additional Note titled "Informacje o działalności zaprzestanej w roku obrotowym lub przewidzianej do zaprzestania w roku następnym" (Information on discontinued operations during the financial year or those expected to be discontinued in the following year), the following changes have been made to the report template:
  • A new financial data grid has been added to the template.
  • New report tables have been introduced, as outlined below:
Profit & Loss Statement – Continuing Operations
  • New manual tables have been added for both presentation methods: by nature and by function.

Issue with PDF attachment. When attaching the notes to the XML reports in the Załącznik section, there appears to be an issue when accessing the PDF file. The client will need to save the PDF into the Citrix Z drive before they are able to access it via the “Insert Attachment File” dialog. Also, when you launch this dialog be sure to select PDF as the file type or you will not see your file that you want to attach.

Some grid expressions were amended in V5 (US: 1792594) of the template as they were incorrect. However, after upgrade from previous version to V6, the old expression is still there. This relates to a platform bug where expressions inherited from the parent template are not removed from entities on template upgrade where the expression is deleted in the template.

Paragraph with tags having character limit need work around when exported in XML format when multiple tags are used.

Issue with manual table style for ‘zero’ values. Applied style is not working properly on the desktop version and zero values are presented with dot as a decimal separator (0.00) instead of comma (0,00). The issue refers only to desktop version.

The legislation for filing FS to Polish Ministry requires exporting the file in XML Only the report - 1. e-Sprawozdanie Finansowe - XML Raport’ can export in XML. Only FS in XML format can be audited. However, Notes to FS need to be taken from 2nd report - [2. Sprawozdanie Finansowe ] and saved as PDF and then attached to last section of 1st report. The attachment should not have any spaces in its filename otherwise an error will be encountered when attaching.

After adding the attachment, it will need to be tagged twice. Once for the name of the tag and another time for the contents.

Instruction on adding new XML schema (1.3):
  • Go into the release pack PL Corporate Template (Yellow - 02.2025) (P 6.30.9574 C 15.0), into the folder Schema [XML], copy the file JednostkaInnaStrukturyDanychSprFin_v1-3.xsd & JednostkaInnaWZlotych(1)_v1-3.xsd, paste it within the XML Taxonomies folder, the default location for that is C:\Program Files (x86)\Thomson Reuters\ONESOURCE Accounts Production\Templates\XML\Taxonomies. This will differ depending on where you have installed ONESOURCE Accounts Production.
  • Amend the file XmlFiling.dll.config, this can be found by default within C:\Program Files (x86)\Thomson Reuters\ONESOURCE Accounts Production. However, this will differ depending on where you have installed ONESOURCE Accounts Production. Add in the specified configuration line as shown.
