Add a financial period

After you create a new entity, you can create multiple financial periods for the entity.

note

To create a financial period, you must have access to templates. If you can't create a financial period, contact your administrator to gain access.

You can only edit current financial periods and not the previous ones.

You can't change the starting date of a financial period when there are prior financial periods.

Expand the entity you want to work with and select +Add New Financial Period
.

Enter the starting and ending dates for the financial period.

Select the template you want to use.

Select Save
and review the financial period created for that entity.
