Import an excel file to link multiple accounts to a currency

You can import a file to link accounts to a currency if you have a large list of accounts, rather than linking them manually.

note

You can only import a CSV file for this process.

Select Period Setup
, then Currency Exchange Rates
.

Select Link Accounts
.

Select the Currency
and Journal Date
on the

Link Accounts

screen.

Checkmark the account you want to convert on the right side of the screen, then select Import
.

Select your CSV file.

Ensure your CSV file contains only account codes.

The system links the imported accounts to the selected currency.
