Export working paper reports to Excel

You can export working paper reports such as Category Summary, Trial Balance, and Journal Summary to Excel.
  1. Use the
    Open
     button in the Actions column to open the report.
  2. Select the
    Export
     button, then
    Excel
    .
  3. Select
    Administration
    , then
    Download Center
    .
    note
    The downloaded document may be in a queue and so it may not show on the page immediately.
  4. Select
    Refresh
    .
  5. When the document appears, select
    Download
     from the Status column.
    note
    The downloaded document will be in XML format. You can use Microsoft Excel to open it.
