KVK e-filing
KVK E-Filing is a feature within ONESOURCE Statutory Reporting (OSR) that enables organizations to electronically submit annual accounts and related filing documents to the Netherlands Chamber of Commerce (KVK) directly from the OSR platform.
Use KVK E-Filing when submitting annual financial statements for a Netherlands reporting entity to KVK. The feature supports different filing scenarios and can be used when:
- Filing Micro & Small Entity Annual Accounts generated directly from an OSR report.
- Filing Large & Medium Entity Annual Accounts together with an Auditor Report.
- Uploading externally generated XBRL filing documents for submission.
