Use SET data to Statutory Reporting

To set data from Excel to Statutory Reporting:
  1. In Excel, go to
    Workpapers
     and then
    Field Browser
    .
  2. In the
    Field Browser
     window, select:
    1. Set data
    2. ONESOURCE Statutory Reporting
    3. Select the template your entity table's based out of
  3. Locate your table in the
    Fields
     section.
  4. Select the table and drag your table data to the Excel spreadsheet in the cell you want your data placed.
  5. At this time, the
    Function Wizard
     window opens.
  6. Enter
    Reporting Entity Code
    .
  7. Enter the
    Financial Period Start Date
     in the format of mm/dd/yyyy.
  8. Select
    Next
    .
  9. Select the
    Target Range
     icon, and then select the table data you want to send to Statutory Reporting.
  10. Select
    OK
    .
  11. Select the
    Results Range
     icon, and then the row or column data you want to send.
  12. Select the
    Formula Cell
     icon, and then select any formulas or other row data you want to send.
  13. Select
    Done
    . Now the Excel Add-in is ready to push.
  14. Select
    Send data
    , then
    Send Selected Data
    .
  15. Go to Statutory Reporting and refresh your page to view the imported information into the table from your Excel spreadsheet.
