1040SCAN: 1099-MISC with SC Only stamp
Some South Carolina K-1s come with a 1099-MISC document that has a
SC ONLY
stamp on the page.SurePrep will now mark the document as a non-standard document if:
- South Carolina State K-1 has a 1099-MISC document after it.
- The 1099-MISC document hasSC ONLYon the document.
In the Review wizard, users will see the following message:
There is no action required on this 1099 MISC document because it’s followed by a South Carolina K-1 document and has been marked as a non-standard document NON-STD DOC.

When scanning documents, place 1099-MISC with
SC ONLY
after South Carolina State K-1. This will ensure the document is marked as a non-standard document.
