Bulk supersede

If you find duplicate copies of a document, you can use the
Bulk Supersede
feature to change the duplicate copy as superseded while leaving the original copy intact. Superseded pages will show the
Superseded
stamp on top.
In the SPbinder, superseded pages will appear under
Index Tree
,
Unused
, then
Superseded
. Data from the pages associated under the
Superseded Documents
folder is deleted from all areas in SPbinder (leadsheets).
Follow these steps to supersede documents:
  1. Select
    Bulk Supersede
    .
  2. Select the checkbox next to the page that should be superseded.
  3. Select
    Review
if you also want to select the pages as reviewed. This can help you avoid individually marking each superseded page as reviewed.
  4. You can also use
    Select All
if you want to select all pages at once.
  5. Select
    Save
to change each selected page to
    Superseded
and remove the captured data when the verification is submitted.
  6. Select
    Yes
    .
  7. A stamp will appear on top of the superseded pages.
  8. Additionally, the fields won't be available.
  9. Select
    Remove Supreseded Stamp
to undo supersede and remove the
    Superseded
    stamp.
  10. Select
    Yes
. The document will be restored to its original state.
