Bulk supersede
If you find duplicate copies of a document, you can use the
Bulk Supersede
feature to change the duplicate copy as superseded while leaving the original copy intact. Superseded pages will show the Superseded
stamp on top.In the SPbinder, superseded pages will appear under
Index Tree
,Unused
, then Superseded
. Data from the pages associated under the Superseded Documents
folder is deleted from all areas in SPbinder (leadsheets).Follow these steps to supersede documents:
- SelectBulk Supersede
.

- Select the checkbox next to the page that should be superseded.
- SelectReviewif you also want to select the pages as reviewed. This can help you avoid individually marking each superseded page as reviewed.

- You can also useSelect Allif you want to select all pages at once.
- SelectSaveto change each selected page toSupersededand remove the captured data when the verification is submitted.

- SelectYes.

- A stamp will appear on top of the superseded pages.

- Additionally, the fields won't be available.

- SelectRemove Supreseded Stampto undo supersede and remove theSupersededstamp.

- SelectYes. The document will be restored to its original state.

note
- Superseded documents won’t appear in any of the later steps of the Review Wizards (Superseded Documents, Child Form Association, New Form Review).
- In SPbinder, superseded documents will be indexed to theSuperseded Documentsfolder. One or more documents will appear with their identifier name in theINDEX TREE.
