Disassociate documents

When you disassociate documents from templates, it deletes all data from the page and its associated template. To disassociate a document individually, delete the data on the page and change the document or form type. If you captured incorrect form types and need to remove multiple pages, disassociating pages in bulk can save time.

Disassociate documents individually

  1. Select
    Delete Page Data
     to delete all the captured data on the template.
    Select Delete Page Data.
  2. Select
    Yes
     on the confirmation window
     to delete all the references on the page.
    Select Yes to proceed.
  3. You can change the
    Document type
     to
    Select Document Type
     to remove the template from the page after you remove the data.
    Select the Document Type.

Disassociate documents in bulk

  1. Select
    Bulk Disassociate
     to disassociate multiple documents at once.
    Select Bulk Disassociate.
  2. Select the checkbox next to the pages you want to disassociate. You can also use
    Select All
     to select all pages at once.
    Select the pages to disassociate in bulk.
  3. Select
    Disassociate
     to remove the page data and template from the selected pages.
    Select Disassociate to proceed.
  4. Select
    Yes
     to disassociate the selected pages.
    Select Yes to confirm.
  5. All page data and the associated template will be removed from the page/document.
    Updated page data.
