    Paths
    Description
    Program File
Select a path where SPbinder can download software-related files.
    Recommendation
: For optimal performance, we recommend setting the folder path to a local drive on the workstation (for example, C:\SurePrepLocalFiles).
    SurePrep Download Folder
Select a path where you can save and access binder information.
SurePrep will use this path to:
    • Download each client's binder data to work in the binder (for example, client's binder data, binder images, PDF, PBFX, Leadsheets, DreamWorkpapers).
    • Print and download clients' binders.
    Recommendation
: If your firm is on a network where people access the binders from different workstations, then we recommend setting the folder path to a network drive path (for example, x:\SurePrepFiles or 10.0.0.1/SurePrepFiles).
  2. Under
    Program File
    , select
    Edit
    .
  3. In
    BROWSE PATH
, enter a directory/folder path where SurePrep program files should download, then select
    Save
    .
  4. Under
    SurePrep Download Folder
    , select
    Edit
    .
  5. In
    SurePrep Download Folder
, enter a directory path where you want to store the SurePrep output files (for example, data, PDF, PBFX, Leadsheets, DWP), then select
    Save
    .
SurePrep will now download the files to the directory you specified.
