Follow these steps to export a list of quick notes to XLS (Excel) format.

Select FileRoom
, Admin
, Account Setup
, then Quick Notes
.

To filter specific data for export, use the filter on individual columns.

Mark Export to Excel
.

When the file download window appears, either open the file or save it.

Your quick notes data will be provided in the Excel document.
