Resubmit a binder that fails submission

If there is a failure during the submission of your binder, you'll receive an email about the failure. Follow these steps to resubmit the binder.
  1. In FileRoom, search for the binder that failed submission.
    Enter a binder ID
  2. You will see a caution icon for the failed binder. Hover over the icon to see the reason for the failure.

  3. In the
    OPTIONS
    column, select the folder icon.
    Select the folder icon in the OPTIONS column
  4. The
    Create New Binder
    window will open. Fix the problem, then select
    Submit
    .
    Select SUBMIT
