Set case format

When creating a binder, you can select how you want the data to be exported. Data can be exported in the following formats:
  • Document Letters
    : Exports data as it appears without any changes.
  • Capital Letters
    : Exports data in all capital letters (that is, TOM TAXPAYER).
  • Capitalized Letters
    : Exports data with the 1st letter capitalized.
Follow these steps to assign case format when creating a binder:
  1. Initiate creating a new binder.
  2. On the
    Create New Binder
    window, select the
    Processing Options
    tab.
    PROCESSING OPTIONS settings
  3. Select
    Tax Return
    .
    Select Tax Return
  4. Scroll down until you reach the
    Case Format
    section then select your option.
    Case Format section
By default, this setting will match that chosen in 
Admin
Tax Return
Case Format
. Changes made here will only reflect on this particular return. This setting will override the one made in 
Admin
.
