Download source document from FileRoom

Follow these steps to download a file from the File
window:

Go to the binder containing the document you want to download in FileRoom
.

In the OPTIONS
column, select the Picklist
icon

for the binder.

Select File
from the dropdown menu.

When the File
window appears, locate the document you want to download. To download the file, select the Download
icon

in the DOWNLOAD
column.

tip

Alternatively, you can select Check Out
, then Download Latest Copy
in the Check Out Documents
window.

You can open the document after it downloads. The download window may vary based on browser type.
