Export to Excel

The
Export to Excel
 feature exports column data from FileRoom to an Excel file. The export file will only export columns that are currently visible.
Follow these steps to Export FileRoom column data to Excel:
  1. If you'd like to include only certain binders, apply the filters you want to use first.
    Apply a filter in FileRoom.
  2. Select
    Export to Excel
     located on the toolbar next to the search box.
    Select EXPORT TO EXCEL.
  3. The Excel file will begin downloading. Once the download completes, open the file from the Downloads folder on your machine.
  4. Select
    Save
     to save the file to your computer, or select
    Open
     to open the Excel file.
