Manage Client Table > Batch upload records

For clients who use the
Manage Client Table
feature, you can set up business names and locations for CCH Axcess binders in
Admin
,
Enterprise
, then
Manage Client Table
. This lets you upload binders through the API. This article explains how batch upload records. However, you can also add a single record.

This feature isn't enabled for all clients. Contact your Sales representative for additional information.
  1. Go to
    FileRoom
    ,
    Admin
    Enterprise Features
    , then
    Manage Client Table
    .
    Select ENTERPRISE FEATURES then Manage Client Table
  2. Select 
    ...Batch Upload
    . In the file upload window, select a file with an extension of
    .xls
    or
    .xlsx
    that contains your records.
    Follow these character limits for fields:
    • PSProject Name - 256 characters
    • BusinessUnitName - 30 characters
    • OfficeName - 50 characters
    • ReturnGroupName - 30 characters
    • Return Configuration - 100
    note
    You will receive an error message if you upload an invalid file format or if any data exceeds the character limits.
    Select ENTERPRISE FEATURES then Manage Client Table
  3. Once you upload the records, you'll see a confirmation.
  4. The uploaded records will be displayed. The
    PSProject ID
    fields will be automatically generated and displayed under the 
    PSProject ID
    for each record inserted using 
    Batch Upload
    .
