Access 2050 DreamWorkpapers/Tax Return Draft

In-house binders

Once the binder has been completed from SurePrep and submitted back to GoFileRoom, open the GoFileRoom dashboard.
Locate the binder, then select the Sureprep icon
Select
Send For Print
in 
SPbinder
. The
Print Setup
window opens. Select from the following options:
Bookmarks with markups
Leadsheets
Notes
Review Status Summary Sheet
2055 Dream Workpaper .xls
note
You can print the
2055 DreamWorkpaper.xlsx
file, but you cannot send it to GFR.
Document Sequence: Use the up and down arrows to make your selection
Bookmarks only
Notes
Select
Print
when you're done.

An estimated print time with show at the top of the
Print Setup
window.

Select 
Documents
in GoFileRoom, locate the document with 
Dream Workpapers
under 
Document Type
, then select the document.

When binders are created from GoFileRoom, printing the SPbinder PDF/DreamWorkpaper on the SurePrep server will automatically upload the PDF to GoFileRoom on the
Documents
tab. The printed SPbinder PDF/DreamWorkpapers will appear as
DREAMWORKPAPERS
on the
Document Type
column, irrespective of service, binder type, and Leads type.
You'll now see the 2050 DreamWorkpapers.

Sign into 
FileRoom
.
Locate the desired binder, hover over 
Options
, select the 
down caret
, then select 
File
.
Select 
2000 Tax Workpapers
on the left, and then select the 
2050 DreamWorkpapers
link under 
2000 Tax Workpapers
on the right.

Outsource binders

Sign into
FileRoom
.
Locate the desired binder, hover over 
Options
, select the
down caret
, then select 
File
.
Select 
3000 Copy of Tax Returns
to access the tax return draft.
