GoFileRoom statuses
GoFileRoom shows the following statuses at different stages of the submission process:

Create Engagement | Appears when you are allowed to create a new binder or link to an existing binder in FileRoom.
Tip : You can submit GFR documents when creating a new binder or adding documents to an existing binder. | N/A |
Error in Submission
| Appears if there are errors in the submission. The owner will receive an email outlining the error. Correct the error, then click the SurePrep button to resubmit. | SP Processing with a yellow triangle |
In (SP) Processing
| Appears after the binder is created ( Create Engagement status) and is now in SurePrep processing. | SP Processing

Pending Review
| Appears if the binder needs to be reviewed In-house. Select the SurePrep button to launch the Review Wizard to begin verification. | In Verification

Open SPbinder
| Appears after all the Review Wizard steps are completed and you can now open the binder. Outsource only : Appears after the return is verified, prepared, reviewed, and submitted back to the GFR dashboard by SurePrep. | Blank or Custom Status |
New Documents available
| Appears when new documents can be added to the binder. | Blank or custom statuses |
