Hi there! We have a short update for you today.
Manage TR Account
Firms' users using Thomson Reuters (TR) Account to sign-in can now go to their TR profile to change their email address and password. Sign in, select the dropdown with your name, then select
Manage TR Account
.
On the new screen, select
Security
. Select Change password
to update your password or select Change email
to update your email address.

Skip this note if your firm uses SSO (Single Sign-On) or you have already activated your TR Account to sign in. By July 31, 2025
, all SurePrep users will be fully transitioned to the new TR Account sign-in experience. To ensure uninterrupted access to SurePrep, activate your account as soon as possible. After this date, the previous SurePrep sign-in method will no longer be available.Related Content
