SurePrep UltraTax Tax Automation
We're excited to announce Tax Automation! A powerful new feature that brings SurePrep's industry-leading document processing capabilities directly into UltraTax CS 2025.
Tax Automation is an integrated workflow solution that eliminates the need to switch between multiple applications during tax preparation. Now you can upload client documents in UltraTax, process them through SurePrep's 1040SCAN services, verify extracted data, and import results—all without ever leaving UltraTax CS.
This feature is available for 1040SCAN (1040SCAN PRO, 1040SCANvierfy Onshore and Offshore) services that best fit your needs.
What You Can Do with Tax Automation?
- Upload source documents and create organized binders for each client
- Process documents using your choice of 1040SCAN services
- Review and verify extracted data through an integrated Review Wizard

- Ensure you have UltraTax CS 2025 with updated licenses
