Dots per inch: 300 dpi
Brightness: 128
Margin: 0.00”
Scanning Side: Simplex
Ratio of black pixel: 2.0%
Feeding Option: Standard feeding
Batch Selection: None
Prescan: Uncheck the box
Once you configure the above settings, select
More
.
This opens the
Advance Settings
window. Adjust the following settings:
Double Feed Detection
Detect by Length: Uncheck the box
Detect by Ultrasonic: Uncheck the box
Detect Page Size: Image Width
Deskew: by Roller
Document Orientation: 0 degrees
Other Settings
Text Orientation Recognition: Uncheck the box
Staple detection: Uncheck the box
Verify count: Uncheck the box
Reverse side: Uncheck the box
Once you configure the above settings, select
Gamma
.
Adjust the following settings:
Custom: Check the box
Select dropdown: Front – Gray
Input method
Factor: 3.0
Select
OK
and then
Filter
from
Advanced Settings
window.
Adjust the following settings:
Back Side Brightness: Uncheck the box
Color drop-out
Front: None
Back: None
Other Settings
Erase Dot: Check the box
Erase Notch: Check the box
Border Removal: Check the box
Once you configure all the above settings, select
Save
.
In the
Save User Preference
window, enter
SurePrep
and select
OK
.
Select
OK
to save your settings.
Select
Scan
, then
Scan Batch to file
to scan the documents.
