Sign in to FileRoom with two-factor authentication

Two-factor authentication (2FA) is an extra layer of security for FileRoom. It's designed to ensure that you're the only person who can access your account, even if someone knows your password. If enabled, 2FA will apply to all the users at the firm.
After your firm enables 2FA, sign in with your user credentials.
You will then be asked to provide a six-digit verification code that will be sent to your email address.
Enter the verification code in the text field then select
VERIFY
.
See instructions for logging into FileRoom.
If a user fails to sign in 4 attempts, then their account will be locked out for 30 minutes.  If you are unable to get the verification code from your email address then contact your Firm System Administrator to re-activate your account.
