Assigning a status when closing SPbinder
When you close SPbinder, a window will open allowing you to choose a status to assign to the binder.
The list will default to the current status of the binder. To assign or change the status, select the menu to view all custom statuses added in
Admin
, Account Setup
, then Custom Status
and then select the desired status.note
If the no custom statuses are added in
Admin
, the menu will be blank and disabled.
After choosing the desired status, select
Yes
to close the binder and update the status. The status will be displayed in FileRoom.This article applies to:
