Prepare spreadsheet documents for printing

Preparing a spreadsheet document for print can help make sure only the most relevant data is printed without printing extra cells or blank pages.
Follow these steps to setup a printing area for spreadsheet documents in SPbinder:
Open the spreadsheet document in the Document Viewer. Then, select
PAGE LAYOUT
and
Print Area
.
Select PAGE LAYOUT then Print Area
On the left panel, select the
Expand
+ icon to view all options. Go to your
Sheet Name
(for example, Sheet 1)
Page Setup
, then
Sheet
.
Select the Sheet Name, Page Setup, then Sheet
In the
Print area
field, enter/verify your print area according to the cells that will be printed.
Print area and titles section
Select
Close
to close the window. Your spreadsheet document will now only print the selected cells.
Select Close
Scale to Fit
On the left panel, select the
Page Setup
, then select
Landscape
.
Select an orientation from the Page Setup section
To print your worksheet on a single page, select
Fit to pages
, select
1 page
in the
Width
field and
1 page
in the
Height
field.

Keep in mind, however, that the printout may be difficult to read because spreadsheet shrinks the data to fit. To see how much scaling is used, select
Print Preview
.
