Review Tree - Uncleared Notes
Uncleared Notes
category links list of all of the uncleared notes in the NOTES
tab. They are shown under the proper category - General Note
, Missing Note
, Permanent Note
, Review
, and Pending Note
.
To read/respond to notes, select the 
to expand the
Expand
icon to expand the Uncleared Notes
category. All the notes created in this Binder will appear under this category.note
The number in the parenthesis which appears beside the
Uncleared Notes
category shows the total number of Notes created. 
Select the 
to expand
Expand
icon to expand General
, Missing
, Permanent
, Review
, and Pending
note categories.
Alternatively, you can select the 
to expand all notes.
Expand All
icon to expand all notes.
Select on any note to open up that note in the
Notes
section.
Select the
Clear Note
checkbox, the note will be grayed out in the Notes
tab and cleared from the Review Tree
.
If a permanent note is cleared, it will roll forward to the next year as a cleared note.
