Create Custom Stamps
SPbinder comes with 43 predefined stamps but did you know that you can create your own custom stamps? Custom stamps need to be created in the Admin section of the FileRoom, so you’ll need permission to get there.
There is a custom stamp designer that lets you use different text, font types, font sizes, colors, and more. You can also import images to use as stamps. For example, instead of using the boring F stamp for Footed:
…why not use an actual foot?
I found this foot image online then sized it down so it was within the size requirements (images can be no more than 15 pixels high by 65 pixels wide) and imported it.

Right-click and select
Save as
to save them to your local computer then import them in the FileRoom.If you have some custom stamp ideas, add a comment, and we’ll make every effort to create the stamps for you so all you have to do is name them and import them.
