Document modified by

A
Caution
icon appears on the
Document Viewer
toolbar if the current workpaper has been modified after being signed-off. This applies to all users at any level (that is, Preparer, Reviewer, Partner, or Signer).
For example, if the source document is signed off by the Preparer and/or Reviewer, and later, if any user modifies that page (including adding / deleting / editing references / stamps / sticky note), the
Caution
icon is displayed to the Preparer as well as the Reviewer.
Point to the
Caution
icon to view details. The tooltip displays the name of the user who last modified the page, along with the Date and Time of modification.
The
Unreviewed Workpapers By
(L1, L2, L3, L4) node in the
Review Tree
will show workpapers that were signed off in a bold green text.
Caution
icon next to a signed off workpaper indicates that the workpaper has been modified after being signed off.
If modified pages are signed-off again by a user (that is, Preparer, Reviewer, Partner, and Signer), the
Caution
icon is removed from the
Document Viewer
toolbar and the
Review Tree
nodes.
After the page has been signed-off at a higher level (that is, L2, L3, L4), the
Caution
icon can't be removed if any modifications are made, unless a user with similar or higher permissions signs-off again.
For example
If a page is modified after L4-Partner has signed-off, the
Caution
icon appears in the
Review Tree
and the
Document Viewer
toolbar. The
Caution
icon is removed only after a user with the same or higher-level signs off again.
You can filter pages by selecting the
Modified Pages
option from the filter menu in the thumbnail section.
The
Caution
icon will also be displayed in the DreamWorkpapers generated from SPbinder.
