Missing Info status
Clients with the Status Missing Info can't be invited to join TaxCaddy because their client record is missing required information in one or more of these fields:
Email
,
First Name
,
Last Name
,
Owner
.
Provide missing information and then send the Invite to proceed.
Not Eligible
Not Eligible status
Clients who are not eligible to be sent the selected DRL, Questionnaire, or letter because they haven’t been invited have the status
Not Eligible
.
Send the Invite to proceed.
Not Sent
Not Sent status
Client who is eligible to be sent the selected DRL, Questionnaire, or letter, but who haven’t been sent the selected item, have the status Not Sent.
Send the selected DRL, Questionnaire, or letter.
DRL or Questionnaire Sent
Clients who have been sent the selected DRL or Questionnaire have the status Sent. For DRL, Sent is the final status. For Questionnaire, this will update once complete.
  • Wait for the client to complete the Questionnaire.
  • Go to the client's Tax Documents for DRL progress.
Letter Awaiting Review
Awaiting Review status
Clients who have been sent the selected Letter but who haven’t reviewed it have the status Awaiting Review.
Wait for the client to complete the items.
Letter Awaiting Signature
Awaiting Signature status
Clients who have been sent the selected Letter but who haven’t signed it have the status Awaiting Signature.
Wait for the client to complete the items.
Letter Awaiting Spouse's Signature
Awaiting Spouse's Signature status
Clients who have been sent the selected Letter but whose spouse hasn't signed it have the status Awaiting Spouse's Signature.
Wait for the client to complete the items.
Questionnaire Completed
Clients who have completed the Questionnaire have the status Completed.
  • Item is complete.
  • Review Questionnaire.
Letter Signed
Clients who have signed the letter have the status Signed.
  • Item is complete.
  • Review Tax Documents.
Letter Reviewed
Clients who have reviewed the letter have the status Reviewed.
  • Item is complete
  • View Tax Documents
