Reply with amount

You can fulfill a document request by replying with an amount.
Follow these steps to reply to a document request with an amount:
  1. On the
    Overview
    screen, select a client tile to view the client profile. You can also search for a client then select the client tile from the search result.

  2. Select
    Documents
    , then select
    Requested Items
    .
    Select Documents then Requested Items
  3. On the document tile, select the
    Menu
    Menu icon icon, then select
    Reply With Amount
    .
    Select Reply With Amount
  4. Reply With Amount
    window will appear, fill the form, then select
    NEXT
    .

    To add multiple values, select
    ADD ANOTHER AMOUNT
    .
    Select ADD ANOTHER AMOUNT
  5. Reply With Amount
    window will let you review the data.
    Select
    BACK
    to make changes.
    Select
    SEND REPLY
    to fulfill the document request with an amount.
    Select SEND REPLY
  6. The
    Status
    will be updated to
    REPLIED WITH AMOUNT
    .
    REPLIED WITH AMOUNT status
    The requested document will be resolved and saved in the
    Uploaded Documents
    tab.

  7. You can select the document title to view the document created by
    Reply with Amount
    .
