Troubleshooting: DRL Stuck in queue for local tax application

When creating custom DRLs for clients, you may encounter the status of the DRL being stuck in the
In Queue
phase for more than 30 minutes. This problem occurs when only 1 local tax application is configured in Account Admin (that is,
.
Lacerte, ProSystem fx Tax, or UltraTax) and the
TaxCaddy Tax File Uploader
window has been closed prematurely.
Follow these steps to resolve the issue:
  1. Select the
    Launch DRL Uploader
    icon on the
    Client Management
    page.
  2. A PBFX file will be downloaded to your local machine if you have only 1 local tax application configured (that is, Lacerte, ProSystem fx Tax, or UltraTax). Select the PBFX file to open it.
  3. When the
    TaxCaddy Tax File Uploader
    window appears, let the DRL creation to resume.
