Saving the questionnaire template as a PDF

When working on the go or offline, you may find yourself needing access to your firm's TaxCaddy questionnaire. By saving your questionnaire to your device, you can review your questionnaire whenever and wherever you need it, regardless of your internet connection.
We've included instructions for saving your questionnaire in the following web browsers:
  • Google Chrome
  • Safari
  • Microsoft Edge
  • Firefox

Google Chrome

  1. Log in to TaxCaddy and go to
    Administrative
     then
    Questionnaire
    .
    Select Administrative then QUESTIONNAIRE
  2. Select every category name to expand all of the categories. All questions in that tax year’s questionnaire should be displayed.
    Select the dropdown icon to expand all questions
  3. Press
    CTRL
     +
    P
     on your keyboard to print the current page. Alternatively, you can open the Chrome menu, then select
    Print
    ...
    Select Print
  4. Select
    Destination
     and select
    Save as PDF
    .
    Save as PDF
  5. Select
    More settings
    .
    More settings
  6. Select
    Paper size
     and select
    Tabloid
    .
    Tabloid
  7. Select
    Scale
     and select
    Custom
    .Set the value to “25”. You may need to adjust the number slightly if your firm’s questionnaire is cut off at the bottom.
    Select Scale and select Custom
  8. Select
    Save
     to save your questionnaire.
    Select Save

Safari

  1. Log in to TaxCaddy and go to
    Administrative
     then
    Questionnaire
    .
    Select Administrative then QUESTIONNAIRE
  2. Select every category name to expand all of the categories. All questions in that tax year’s questionnaire should be displayed.
    Select the dropdown icon to expand all questions
  3. Press
    command
     +
    P
     on your keyboard to print the current page. Alternatively, you can select
    File
     then
    Print...
    Select Print
  4. Select
    Save as PDF
     as the file’s destination.
    Save as PDF
  5. Select
    Paper size
     and select
    U.S. Legal
    .
    Select U.S. Legal
  6. Set the
    Scale
     value to “25”. You may need to adjust the number slightly if your firm’s questionnaire is cut off at the bottom.
    Set the Scale value
  7. Select
    Print
     to save your questionnaire.
    Select Print

Microsoft Edge

  1. Log in to TaxCaddy and go to
    Administrative
     then
    Questionnaire
    .
    Select Administrative then QUESTIONNAIRE
  2. Select every category name to expand all of the categories. All questions in that tax year’s questionnaire should be displayed.
