Create a tax return category

Your firm has the ability to add additional tax return categories on the
Tax Returns
screen in client profiles. Once new categories are added, firm users can upload tax return documents into that category. For example, you can add categories for local tax jurisdiction or an additional information section where your firm users can upload supplementary information related to the tax return.
Follow these steps to create a new tax return category.
  1. Select
    Administrative
    , then select
    TAX RETURNS
    .
  2. Select
    Add Category
    .
  3. Enter the name of your new category and select the
    green check
    icon.
  4. Your new category will appear under
    ADDED CATEGORIES
    .
