A quick tour (begin here)

Access the
Admin
section using the dropdown menu. Your
Last Login
, 
Firm ID
,
Units Remaining
, and name appear at the top of the page. Select the
Help Center
 to access help.
Use the tabs to search within the
Admin
section. Each section has sub-navigation tabs that appear under the main tab.
Information and Settings related to the section you're viewing appear on the page. 
Page view and navigation options appear at the bottom of the page.

Setting up Account

Setting up users
  • View User Management to learn about adding, editing, and deleting users. Additionally, you can reset user passwords, activate and disable users.
  • View User Group Management to learn about adding creating user groups, assigning users to groups then assigning permissions to each group.
Review Wizard
  • View Review Wizards section to learn more about modifying the Review Wizard options.
Tax Return options
  • View the Tax Return section if you want to customize how the data imports into your tax software.
SPbinder
  • View the SPbinder section to learn more about modifying settings for SPbinder. You can customize Sign Off Levels, create custom note types, custom stamps, custom binder types, and set print options.
Billing
  • See the Billing section to see articles pertaining to billing and invoices. You can view your account balance, usage history, invoices, and unbilled binders.
