Turn off user accounts

You can turn off users accounts without deleting them. Follow these steps to turn off a user.

Go to FileRoom
, Admin
, Users
, then User Management
.

Select Edit
Edit icon

next to the user you want to edit.

Select
Status
, then Disabled
from the dropdown.

Select Save

. The user's account is turned off.
