Available User Groups

You assign Available User Groups to Classes/Subclasses.
  • Select one or multiple user groups and then assign to them to a class/subclass.
  • Sort the UserGroup list by Name and Assigned Classes.
  • Filter the User Groups list.
To assign User Groups to Classes & Subclasses:
  1. Select the
    Class/Subclass
    .
  2. In Available User Groups, select a
    User Group
     and then click the arrow to assign the user group. The User Group is moved to the Assigned User Groups list.
  3. To add multiple user groups to classes/subclasses, hold down the
    Ctrl key
     and then select the
    User Group
    .
  4. Select the arrow to assign the user groups.
  5. Select
    Save
    .
