Common Actions

You can use the common actions to
Refresh
,
Export
, and
Print
 your data within the grid.
Use the
Refresh
 icon to see changes made by other users. When reviewing the grid, if a row number is highlighted orange, refresh the page to review the most current data.

You must have permissions set up by your administrator to see this icon.
  • Select
    Refresh
     to refresh the data in the page.
Use the
Export
icon to export data from the
Review & Edit
 pages, which includes the summary page,
LEAD SHEET
 pages, and
DATA ENTRY
 pages. This file cannot be used as a template worksheet to import data into the system.
Select
Export
 to export the data in the page for informational purposes.
Use the Print icon to print the data that appears in the grid.
  • Select
    Print
    .
Use the Grid Options in Review & Edit to view specific data in the grid without having to run various reports.
