Delete All Journal Entries

After you set up Journal Entry configurations, you may find that you need to delete all of the Journal Entries in a dataset.
To delete all Journal Entries in a dataset:
  1. In My Datasets, for a dataset select the
    Calculate
    icon.
  2. Select
    Delete all Journal Entries
     and the following message appears.

To delete all journal entries, you must activate two parameters in
Administration > System > Manage Configurations > Advanced Functionality > Journal Entries > Show Delete All Journal Entries Menu Option and Show Delete All button on Journal Entry Screen
.
To see the option to delete all journal entries, you must activate two parameters:
  1. Show Delete all Journal Entries Menu Option
  2. Show Delete All button on Journal Entry Screen
