Associating Entities

To associate an entity to ONESOURCE Tax Provision:
  1. From the Entities platform screen, select Manage Apps on the entity you want to associate.
  2. On the Manage Applications screen, toggle the association for ONESOURCE Tax Provision. The entity status is changed to Association in progress.
  3. Associate Applications have three statuses:
    • Associated: All required fields are completed for an application and the Entity is in ready state and cannot be un-associated.
    • Not Associated: Application has not been selected to be associated to an Entity yet.
    • Association in progress: All required fields are not complete for that application to be in ready state and can be un-associated.
  5. Select Apply.
  6. Fill in remaining details in the Attributes By Application or Attributes By Category tabs required for the association with ONESOURCE Tax Provision.
  7. Select Save.
  8. On the You've made changes dialog, select Update the current version and select OKAY.
  9. The entity is now associated with ONESOURCE Tax Provision.
  10. important
    Now that the entity is associated with ONESOURCE Tax Provision, it cannot be un-associated or deleted.
