Viewing Integrated Entity in ONESOURCE Tax Provision
Once details of the new entity have been saved in Entities, you can view the integrated entity under the Administration > Manage Units > Units screen in ONESOURCE Tax Provision v2016.
Important Entity Information
Once an entity is created in Entities and associated with ONESOURCE Tax Provision:
- The entity cannot be deleted in either Entities or ONESOURCE Tax Provision.
- Any changes made in Entities to the Code, Name, Unit, Country and Currency fields will be updated in ONESOURCE Tax Provision.
- Any changes made to Country and Currency fields in ONESOURCE Tax Provision will not update in Entities.
- Changes to Country and Currency fields for the entity in ONESOURCE Tax Provision can be made:
- Manually
- Via Import: #CU# Units tab of the Unit Imports spreadsheet
The Administrator must have permission to access Entities within Administration > Users on the ONESOURCE platform.
