Enhancements

  1. SHOW_STATE_NET Parameter for Stacked CSC Report:
    A new Dataset Parameter, SHOW_STATE_NET, has been added to provide users control over how State line items are displayed in the Stacked CSC Report.
    1. Default behavior (SHOW_STATE_NET = 'N'):
       State line items appear under their original State sections only
    2. When enabled (SHOW_STATE_NET = 'Y'):
       State line items flow into Standard Categories with their assigned federal counterparts
