Page

In the
PAGE
 tab, you can set up the orientation and page layout.
  • Use
    Orientation
     to select the option to print in
    Portrait
     or
    Landscape
    .
  • Use
    Scaling
     to adjust the page layout.
    • Fit to: number of page(s) wide by the number tall
    • Adjust to: % of normal size
  • Use
    Miscellaneous
     to select the
    Include Comments
     option. Then, you can view and print the footnote text for PDF or Excel files in the report.

Type text footnotes in the
Comments
 field with up to 1000 characters of data in length. If you select the box to Print Comments, the comments print along with the Date, Time, and Page number. If modified, the Modified date and
Modified by
 appears.
