Follow these steps to change your TaxCaddy account password.
tip
If you are unable to log into your TaxCaddy account because you forgot your password, you can reset your forgotten password.
TaxCaddy.com on PC, Mac, or tablet
Follow these steps to update your password using TaxCaddy.com on your PC, Mac, or tablet.
  1. Sign in to TaxCaddy.com.
  2. Select the
    User Menu
    , then
    Settings
    .
    Select Settings
  3. On the
    Settings
    tab, select
    Password
    .
    Select Settings then Password
  4. Enter your current password in the
    CURRENT PASSWORD
    field. Enter a new password in
    UPDATE PASSWORD
    , then enter the new password again in
    CONFIRM PASSWORD
    .
    Enter your current password, your new password and confirm your new password
  5. Select
    Save
    .
    Select Save
  6. Your password is updated. TaxCaddy will prompt you to sign in again using the new password.
    Sign back into your TaxCaddy account
iOS mobile app
Follow these steps to update your password using the iPhone mobile phone app.
  1. Sign in to the TaxCaddy mobile app.
  2. Select
    More
    on the navigation tab bar, then
    Settings
    .
    Select More then Settings
  3. Select
    Update Password
    .
    Select Update Password
  4. Select
    Current Password
    and enter your current password.
    Select
    New Password
    and enter a new password.
    Select
    Confirm Password
    and enter your new password again. When finished, select
    Save
    .
    Provide your current password, new password and confirm your new password, then select Save
Android mobile app
Follow these steps to update your password using the Android mobile phone app.
  1. Sign in to the TaxCaddy mobile app.
  2. Select
    Menu
    .
    Select the Android Menu icon
  3. Select
    Settings
    .
    Select Settings
  4. Select
    Update Password
    .
    Select Update Password
  5. Select
    Current Password
    and enter your current password.
    Select
    New Password
    and enter a new password.
    Select
    Confirm Password
    and enter your new password again. When finished, select
    OK
    .
    Provide your current password, new password and confirm your new password, then select OK
