Accessibility with Firm Colors

The Firm Colors mode uses a new color scheme to represent the TaxCaddy user interface. This color combination is more accessible for users with low-vision impairments or color-vision deficiencies.
TaxCaddy.com on PC, Mac, or tablet
Follow these steps to turn on color-blind mode.
  1. Sign in to TaxCaddy.com.
  2. Select the
    User Menu
    , then
    Settings
    .
    Select Settings
  3. On the
    Settings
     tab, select
    Accessibility
    .
    Select SETTINGS then Accessibility
  4. Select
    On
     to turn on the color-blind mode. Select
    Off
     to turn off the color-blind mode. TaxCaddy will begin processing the color-blind mode.
    Select the Colorblind Mode toggle
  5. Once enabled, the color-blind mode will appear on all pages.

    The color-blind mode will override TaxCaddy's and your tax professional color theme.
iOS mobile app
Follow these steps to turn on color-blind mode on your iOS mobile phone app.
  1. Select
    More
     on the navigation tab bar, then select
    Settings
    .
    Select More then Settings
  2. On the
    Settings
     screen, go to the
    Accessibility
     category and select the switch to turn on
    Colorblind Mode
     .
    Select the Colorblind Mode toggle
    You will be redirected to the
    Overview
    screen with the Colorblind Mode activated.

Android mobile app
Follow these steps to turn on color-blind mode on your Android mobile phone app.
  1. Sign in to the TaxCaddy mobile app.
  2. Select the
    Menu
     icon.
    Select the Android Menu icon
  3. Select
    Settings
    .
    Select Settings
  4. On the
    Settings
     screen, go to the
    Accessibility
     category and select the switch to turn on
    Colorblind Mode
     .

    Overview
    screen with the Colorblind Mode activated.
