Add a bank account

Remove bank account

You can remove bank account information from TaxCaddy while paying invoices or from the
Settings
 screen.
note
Once a verified bank account is removed, you will need to authenticate the account information again if you choose to add it back.
TaxCaddy.com on PC, Mac, or tablet
Use the following steps to remove your bank account from TaxCaddy.
  1. Log in to TaxCaddy.com.
  2. Select the
    User Menu
    , then select
    Settings
    .
    Select Settings
  3. Select the
    Payment Accounts
     tab.
    Select Payment Accounts
  4. Select
    Remove Account
     on the bank account you want to remove.
    Select Remove Account
iOS mobile app
Follow these steps to remove your bank account from TaxCaddy on your iOS mobile app:
  1. Log in to the TaxCaddy mobile app.
  2. Select
    More
     on the navigation tab bar, then select
    Settings
    .
    Select More then Settings
  3. On the
    Settings
     screen, select
    Payment Accounts
    .
    Select Payment Accounts
  4. Drag the bank account to the left.
    Drag the account to the left
  5. Select
    Delete
     to delete the bank account information.
    Select Delete
  6. You can also remove bank account information while paying invoices.

Android mobile app
Follow these steps to remove your bank account from TaxCaddy on your Android mobile phone app.
  1. Log in to the TaxCaddy mobile app.
  2. Select the
    Menu
     icon.
    Select the Android Menu icon
  3. Select
    Settings
    .
    Select Settings
  4. On the
    Settings
     screen, select
    Payment Accounts
    . You may need to swipe up/down to find the option.
    Select Payment Accounts
  5. Swipe the bank account to the left.
    Drag a bank account to the left
  6. On the confirmation window, select
    Delete
     to delete the bank account information.
    note
    You can also remove bank account information from the
    Invoices
     screen.
    Select Delete
