Dark mode

In Dark Mode, TaxCaddy uses a darker color palette for all screens, views, menus, and controls. You will also see a more vibrant foreground content stand out against the darker backgrounds. Dark mode reduces the luminance emitted by device screens, while still meeting minimum color contrast ratios. TaxCaddy Dark Mode also improves visual ergonomics by reducing eye strain, adjusting brightness to current lighting conditions, and facilitating screen use in dark environments.

TaxCaddy.com on PC, Mac, or tablet
Follow these steps to turn on Dark Mode:
  1. Log in to TaxCaddy.com.
  2. Select the
    User Menu
    , then select
    Settings
    .
    Select Settings
  3. On the
    Settings
     tab, select
    Accessibility
    .
    Select SETTINGS then Accessibility
  4. Select
    On
     to turn on the Dark Mode. Select
    Off
     to turn off the Dark Mode.
    Select the Dark Mode toggle
  5. Once activated, Dark Mode will appear on all pages.

iOS mobile app
Follow these steps on your iOS mobile phone app:
  1. Select
    Settings
    .
  2. Select
    Display & Brightness
    .
  3. Select
    Dark
     to turn on Dark Mode.
  4. Log in to TaxCaddy to see Dark Mode enabled according to device set up.

Android mobile app
Follow these steps on your Android mobile phone app:
  1. Select the
    Menu
     icon.
    Select the Android Menu icon
  2. Select
    Settings
    .
    Select Settings
  3. On the
    Settings
     screen, scroll down to the
    Accessibility
     category, the
    Dark Mode
     switch to enable/disable Dark Mode.
    Select the Dark Mode toggle in Settings
  4. TaxCaddy will immediately begin applying the color-blind theme.
