Download invoices

TaxCaddy.com on PC, Mac, or tablet
Follow these steps to download your invoices when using TaxCaddy.com on your PC, Mac, or tablet.
  1. Sign in to TaxCaddy.com
  2. Invoices uploaded to your account will be listed in the
    Task List
     found in the
    Overview
     screen under
    TAX RETURNS & PAYMENTS
    .

    Invoices are only visible under the tax year they were created in by your tax professional. Your tax professional can place invoices due from a different tax year under the selected tax year. For example, your tax professional can have an invoice that was due the previous year and place it under the current year.
  3. Select a tile to view the invoice.

  4. The selected invoice will appear in the
    Overview
     screen's document viewer.

  5. Once you have opened the invoice in the document viewer, select
    DOWNLOAD
     to begin downloading the invoice.

  6. You can select
    VIEW ALL INVOICES
     to view a complete list of invoices your tax professional uploaded to your account.
    Select VIEW ALL INVOICES
    Alternatively, you can select the Invoices tab to be directed to a comprehensive list of tax returns uploaded to your account in the
    Invoices
     tab.
    Select Invoices from the navigation bar
  7. You can download invoices from the
    Invoices
     tab as well. Select the
    Menu
     icon.
    Select an invoice's menu
  8. When the options appear, select
    Download
    .
    note
    This will automatically download the selected document with any annotations placed on it by you or your tax professional.
    Select Download
