Pay invoices, Credit card

If your Tax Professional accepts Credit Card, then you can select Credit Card as a method of payment. You can also pay invoices with Apple Pay on an iOS device or Google Play on an Android device.
TaxCaddy.com on PC, Mac, or tablet
Follow these steps to make a payment on your invoice with a credit card when using TaxCaddy.com on your PC, Mac, or tablet.
  1. Once you have verified the invoice amount in the
    Overview
     screen's document viewer window, select
    PAY NOW
     to make a payment.
    Select PAY NOW
  2. After reviewing the invoice details, select
    Credit Card
     under
    Select Payment Method
    Select Credit Card
    .
    note
    If your tax professional doesn’t accept credit card payments for invoices it won’t be listed as an option.
  3. In the
    Credit Card Payment
     section, enter the requested credit card details in all the fields, then select
    PAY INVOICE
     to process your payments.

    The following are accepted methods of payment: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, and JCB.

  4. You will be asked to authorize this payment. Select
    I authorize TaxCaddy to...
     if you would like to authorize this invoice payment.
    Select the authorization checkbox
  5. Select
    PAY INVOICE
    .
    Select PAY NOW
  6. The payment will begin processing.

    You will see a
    Payment Failed
     notification if there was an error processing payment. Select
    TRY AGAIN
     to enter new values.

  7. You will see a confirmation once the payment process successfully.

iOS mobile app
Follow these steps to pay invoices with a Credit Card on your iOS mobile phone app.
  1. Open an invoice to make a payment.
  2. If your Tax Professional accepts credit cards, then you will have options to pay with Credit Card or Apple Pay.

  1. Tap
    Credit Card
     to pay an invoice with a credit card.
    Select Credit Card
  2. Enter your credit card details in all the fields, then tap
    Done
     to remove the keyboard.

    The following are accepted methods of payment: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, and JCB.

  3. Once you are ready to submit, tap
    PAY INVOICE
     to process your payments.
    Select PAY INVOICE
  4. You will see a
    Payment Successful
     notification if the payment was successful.

    You will see a
    Payment Failed
     notification if there was an error processing payment. Verify all fields to see if the information is correct, then tap
    Pay Invoice
     to try again.

  5. A stamp is placed on the invoice once you make a payment on an invoice or the invoice has been marked as paid by your Tax Professional.

Pay with Apple Pay
  1. Select
    Apple Pay
     to pay an invoice with Apple Pay.
    Select Apply Pay
  2. If you select
    Apple Pay
    , you will need to verify payments using Face ID or Passcode.

  3. A confirmation window appears after your payment is processed.

Android mobile app
Follow these steps to pay invoices with a Credit Card on your Android mobile phone app.
  1. Open an invoice to make a payment.
  2. If your Tax Professional accepts credit cards, then you will have options to pay with Credit Card or Google Pay.

    Credit Card
     to pay an invoice with a credit card.
    Select Credit Card
  2. Enter your credit card details in all the fields.

  3. Once you are ready to submit, select
    PAY INVOICE
     to process your payments.

  4. You will see a
    Payment Successful
     notification if the payment was successful.

     notification if there was an error processing payment. Verify all fields to see if the information is correct, then select
    Pay Invoice
     to try again.

Pay with Google Pay
  1. Select
    Google Pay
     to pay an invoice with Google Pay.
    Select Google Pay
  2. Select
    Google Pay
     icon to initiate the payment process.
    Select GPay
  3. Select your Credit Card, then Select
    Continue
     to finish processing payments.
