Troubleshoot data not loading
If there is an issue loading your data, you may see the panel
Something went wrong loading your data
.Perform the following checks to troubleshoot the error:
Check network connectivity
Low bandwidth or a bad wireless signal could prevent data from loading. Check your internet status to make sure you are connected online.
Refresh page.
The internet connection could have been interrupted while the panel was fetching data. Refresh your browser window to see if the issue is resolved. To refresh your browser, select the
Refresh
icon or press F5
on your keyboard.Clear browser cache
In Chrome
The following steps may vary depending on the version of Chrome you are using.Click here to view Google Chrome support page for additional details.
- Open Chrome on your computer.
- SelectMore.
- SelectMore tools, thenClear browsing data.
- Select a time range. To delete everything, selectAll time.
- Clear the checkboxes forCookies and other site dataandCached images and files.
- SelectClear data.
In Firefox
The following steps may vary depending on the version of Firefox you are using. Go to theMozilla Firefox support pagefor additional details.
- Select the menu button and selectOptions.
- Select thePrivacy & Securitypanel.
- In theCookies and Site Datasection, selectClear Data….
- Clear theCookies and Site Datacheckbox.
- WithCached Web Contentselected, selectClear.
- Close the page. Any changes you've made will be saved automatically.
Sign out and sign in.
Try signing out then sign back in to TaxCaddy.
