AL40-915 e-file error
Acceptance Validation: //ns:ReturnState/ns:AuthenticationHeader/ns:PrimDrvrLcnsOrStateIssdIdGrp/ns:DrvrLcnsNum: 'Driver's License Number must be present.
You'll get this error if the driver's license information is missing.
Solution
- Go to the Federal input.
- Select the Electronic Filing folder.
- Select theIDAuthtab.
- If theForm of identificationfield doesn't have a1for Driver's License, you need to file the return on paper per the state of Alabama.
- If the field should have a1for Driver's License, correct it, then recreate and retransmit the return.
