CSUSI e-file error
Taxpayer identification number must be present.
This error usually happens when the filing status of the return is something other than married filing jointly and the return has an input screen coded to the spouse. The problem is caused by UltraTax CS looking for a taxpayer identification number for the non-existent spouse.
Solution
Make sure the
T/S/J
field on every input screen where you've entered data is coded to T
or blank.
